The product must be unopened and still in its original envelope or package. A refund will not be given if original envelope or package has been opened.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

In cases where items are damaged in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the delivery company for compensation. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
